Shipping & Delivery Policy

Every order is checked and packed by hand, by me. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days of payment clearing. During launches and holidays this can extend to 5 working days, and I will tell you if it does.

United Kingdom £5.95 tracked, 1 to 2 working days. Free over £250.

Europe £14.95 tracked, 3 to 5 working days. Free over £500.

USA & Canada £19.95 tracked, 5 to 7 working days. Free over £600.

Rest of world £24.95 tracked, 7 to 14 working days. Free over £750.

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and exclude customs delays, which are outside our control.

All parcels are sent tracked and signed for. Your tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel is collected.

Orders shipped outside the UK may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are payable by you and are not included in the price shown at checkout.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been collected.

If tracking has not moved for 10 working days, email unique4uk@gmail.com and I will open a claim with the carrier and sort it with you.
