When you order we collect your name, email address, delivery address, phone number where given, and details of what you ordered. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by us.

To take payment, pack and ship your order, send order confirmations and delivery updates, answer your messages, and keep accounting records as required by law.

We only send marketing email if you have opted in, and every message includes a one-click unsubscribe.

Only the providers needed to fulfil your order: our payment processor, our shipping carriers, and our email provider. We never sell your data.

Order and tax records are kept for six years as required by UK law. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw them.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Email unique4uk@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
